These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of webiii-clipforge-analytics ("the App"), a personal command-line tool operated by Webiii Dev, LLC ("we", "us", "the operator") for reading the operator's own TikTok content metrics.
1. Description of the App
The App is a desktop command-line tool. It authenticates with TikTok via OAuth and reads the operator's own video metrics, insights, and comments using the TikTok Business API. The App writes data only to a local PostgreSQL database on the operator's computer. The App is not offered as a service to other users; there is no website portal, account system, or shared infrastructure.
2. Eligible use
The App is intended solely for the operator's own use against the operator's own TikTok account. Use of the App against TikTok accounts the operator does not control is not supported and not authorized.

Use of the App requires authentication with a TikTok Business account. The operator's use of the App is also governed by:

The operator agrees to comply with all such TikTok terms when using the App. The App will only request the scopes approved by TikTok and will not attempt to access data outside those scopes.
4. No warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE OPERATOR USES THE APP AT THEIR OWN RISK.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer of the App be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the App.
6. Modifications
These Terms may be updated. The current version will always be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
